So… Yea it’s been a while and funnily enough its a new year so what’s the bet this whole post shenanigan is related?

Well gold star to those that guessed right. New year and time for some truths to start me on the right track

Truth #1.. While I am still in denial I am now only 2kg away from my heaviest weight… That is a gain of ~8kgs after I lost 10kg 3 years ago.

truth #2.. My eating habits are rubbish! I just love food, preferably those that are bad for you.

truth #3.. I have done no real exercise since my ankle operation 1 and a bit years ago

Take those truths and mix them together and what do you get? Clothes that are too small, energy levels that are waning and one unhappy body image on the whole!

So time to do something about it! This is the first step right? Admitting it out loud… Step 2 – measurements, pictures and an achieve able action plan!

Well hello there people!

I hope everyone had an amazing Christmas/New years. It already feels like forever ago. Thankfully Wellington Anniversary is this Monday to give us that wee extra break that everyone undoubtedly needs to recover from Back-to-work blues.

So firstly a quick update on my Bucket List, I have completed number 10! For those of you who have me on twitter/facebook you will know that this turned intor rather an ordeal for me.
So number 10 is give blood, pretty simple task right?
